Registration

Applications for our short-term programs, including our summer and winter camps, are accepted throughout the year. The process is simple: fill out the form below, and we will be in touch with you within two business days. There are no additional documents required from you to register. Should you like to meet with us first, contact us to arrange a personal information session and campus tour!

Camps (Spring, Summer, Winter, Sports)

  • Spring, Winter, & Sports Camps are 1 week only.
  • From 1 to 5 weeks are available for the Summer Camp.
  • Camps (unless specified) run Mon. to Fri., 09:00 to 16:30.
  • 8% Tax is added to all fees paid.
  • 1 Week = 5 days (Mon-Fri).

Summer camp fees: ¥100,000 for first week, plus ¥50,000 for each additional week.
Please note, Summer Camp only operates one bus route from Roppongi Itchome to the Aoba Hikarigaoka campus.

If yes, the registration fee (¥15,000) is automatically waived.
If no, the registration for (¥15,000) will automatically be added to your total fees.
Participation with brothers and sisters discounts 10% after the second person. If the week of participation is different, it will be a discount from those with fewer participation weeks.

If you are a Mitaka student wanting to enroll in the AJE After School Program at the Mitaka campus, please register through the AJB Mitaka website (www.aoba-bilingual.jp/mitaka) or contact AJB Mitaka directly at 080-6894-3875 or .

Note that 1 Block of study = 45 minutes. Therefore, a 90 minute class = 2 Blocks. Click here to view the tuition fee chart.

  • New students begin classes at the beginning of each month. The first payment includes one full month (4 weeks), ¥15,000 annual fee, plus sales tax.
  • Students are billed monthly for the full monthly rate.
  • Refunds are not provided for missed classes. However, additional days can be added for those classes missed, so long as they are reported 28 days in advance using the After School Program Absence Reporting Form.
  • In cases of withdrawal, AJE must be notified a minimum of 28 days in advance.
    Refunds are not provided for classes missed due to withdrawals occurring prior to the end of any given month.

NOTE 1: To retain your seat in the program, all fees must be paid by the Payment Due Date on the invoice.
NOTE 2: For applications received within 10 days of the program start, the fees must be paid within 3 days of application, or the day before the program begins at the latest.

Refund Policy
Refunds of Tuition fee: In the case of cancellation of enrollment in the camp, the Admissions Office will refund fees as follows, following receipt of email notification of cancellation.
Cancel all weeks: Tuition Fee will be refunded according to the following notification dates prior to the start date of the Camp: Up to 14 days before the camp 100% refund on tuition only is refundable. Within 14 days before the official start date of camp there is No Refund.
To shorten the weeks of participation: For a full refund, you must be registered for a minimum of 2 week of camp and notify AJE 15 days prior to the first day (Monday) of week you would like to cancel by email.
NOTE 1: Registration and (including bus fees) International Fees: Non-refundable.
NOTE 2: The registration fee is waived for former AJE students (within the preceding 12 months), for current AJIS or AJB students. However, should the student cancel, AJE will retain an amount equal to the registration fee (¥15,000 plus sales tax) to cover administrative costs.
Extend week: Additional applications for the week are available up to 4 days before the participating week. For extending weeks of the camp there will be no discount applid extra weeks. ex) Sibling,early Bird.
Sibling discount: Participation with brothers and sisters discounts 10% of Tuition fee after the second person. If the week of participation is different, it will be a discount from those with fewer participation weeks.

Make Up Day
There are no make up days due to weather or illness. No refound will be made.

I understand that all students participating in AJE Programs will be responsible in conduct to other students and to the teachers or adult sponsors at all times. It is further understood that all field trips will begin and end at school and that students are required to go and return from this event on the transportation provided. As the parent/guardian of the above named student, I have read the program description and I understand the details and any inherent risks associated with AJE programs and events. I authorize qualified emergency medical professionals to examine and in the event of injury or serious illness, administer emergency care to the above name student. I understand every effort will be made to contact me to explain the nature of the problem prior to any involved treatment. In the event it becomes necessary for school staff-in-charge to obtain emergency care for my student, neither he/she nor the school assumes financial liability for expenses incurred because of the accident, injury, illness and/or unforeseen circumstances. These activities are an extension of the school education program and student conduct is to be in accordance with the school's published rules and regulations.
